Thank you so much for accepting me as part of the group πŸ™ I am finding myself in a quite challenging moment of my life and I was looking for some community support and this looks like the perfect space for it. Hello Waves_in_motion πŸ™‚

Really good to have you here. I am so sorry to hear you are in a challegning moment in your life. In terms of getting in touch with the community you can post a question or a situation in one of the threads like is it abuse? Will he change? Share my story and see if what community members come back with. This will get you some input from people with lived experience of what you are facing. The Helpline Team will also respond to your question here too. If it feels like you need or would prefer some particular support privately you can email help@galop.org.uk or call the helpline phone number 0800 999 5428. A Helpline team member will get back to you usually this takes a few days. So whatever works best for you πŸ™‚

    Warm regards,

    The Helpline Team

    Hello,
Thank you for the warm welcome.
I have tried to write, but am struggling in what to say, and how to go about it.
I seem to find myself rambling.
I have been in a mentally, and sometimes abusive relationship for 15 years. 10 of them married.
When I have read a bit more, maybe I will find the courage to tell my story.
Thank you again for the welcome.
