Once someone has started a new conversation (aka. a topic) by posting in an area of the forum, you can reply to it! So how can you do this?

    1. Click on the topic title, which takes you into that conversation
    2. You’ll see any replies make so far, and if you keep scrolling, you’ll see a text box where you can write your own reply. If you want to show that you’re replying to someone other than the person who started the topic, a common way to show this is by typing @ and then the person’s username.
    3. As with starting a new topic, write your reply in the text box. There’s no need to title your post, so there’s no option to do this.
    4. Write clearly and try to imagine how your post will be read by someone else, especially if they might be going through a hard time.
    5. When you’re ready, hit ‘submit’.
    6. When your post is approved, it’ll be visible on the thread. We try to approve all posts within 48 hours, and faster if we can. If we don’t approve your post, we’ll e-mail you to explain why.
