If you know your password, but want to change it (for example if you think someone else may have found out your password), you can do this when logged in, in your profile.

If you’ve forgotten or unsure of your password, click ‘Lost password’ under username and password. On the next page, enter your username or e-mail. You will then be e-mailed a link to create a new password. Click on the link. You will be offered a randomly generated password, you are welcome to change this if you’d like to. If the forum deems your password too weak, you will have to tick a box to confirm your acknowledgement of this before saving the password by clicking ‘Reset password’.

Repeated attempts to log in with the wrong password will result in your connection being blocked. If you’ve forgotten or unsure of your password, please use the password reset function!

E-mail us at help@galop.org.uk if you are having any problems.
