Urgent help

If you feel in danger or feel suicidal, contact emergency services on 999.

If you are able to travel, you can also go to A&E.

You can also ask a trusted adult for help, perhaps a teacher at school, a friend, or non-abusive family member.

If you have a Galop advocate, try to speak to them as soon as possible.

If you are new to Galop, contact us and tell us it is urgent.
